So I posted a little while ago saying how boring my bedroom is :/.. Here is the proof.
All cold & white.. an ugly cd/dvd player with an ugly tv on top with loads of dvds stacked up the sides ha.. I'm not too keen on the thing I have my necklaces hanging on either.. & my mirror could be nicer & this is just one corner of my bedroom.
Another problem I have is that pretty much the only colourful part of my room is all the clutter I've managed to gather on top of my wardrobe :/
& my final problem.. once you've filled the bottom of your wardrobe where do you put your shoes, mine are usually scattered all over the place.. I'm aware you can get shoe racks and hangers and various other things I just want something pretty.
So I guess the whole point of this post is that I'd like a nicer bedroom & need help in doing so.. any suggestions as to how I make a plain big white bed room cosier without painting it.. Shoe storage suggestions also welcome!

ReplyDeletemy shoes are all in boxes under my bed, i don't reccomend it, it's really really irritating having to pull everything out just for one pair of shoes. special pairs are in my wardrobe still in their boxes. my bookcase is REALLY cluttered. I have 3 shelves of books, 1 shelf of dvds, 1 of cds and 1 of magazines. i just have so much stuff and nowhere to put it. i hate my printer, i have a little white table and my typewriter would look so cute on it, but no, my printer is there just hogging everything. and i have to put my dvd player and my xbox on the floor which i also hate. i'ma quit ranting now xxxxxxxx

if you took all the stuff out of my room it would be a big white space as well (apart from the beams i spose) but what makes it cosy are all the things that i fill it with. buy some colourful cushions or some art or put some nice colourful bunting around your room maybe :) it can be cheered up quite simply and cheaply i'm sure of it

I love your mirror! I have all my shoes lined up against my wall ha!... easy access.

Your room is beautiful! If you're bored of your walls you could go to a charity/old record shop, buy some records and then cover your wall in them. Just an idea..not entirely sure how it would turn out but I've done it with cds and that turned out pretty cool xxxx
